At Genie Homes we cover all aspects of residential sales and lettings, as well as being Birmingham's largest specialist in HMO management. Our founders Sue, Dave and John met in 2016 whilst working independently in Birmingham's property market. They decided to pull together over 60 years of lettings experience and founded Genie Homes. Since then, the company has grown incredibly quickly into the fantastic team we have today, and one of the largest lettings branches in the West Midlands.
Since our inception, we have made it a priority to become experts in all types of lettings. We currently manage single let properties, HMOs, social housing leases and company leases. Unlike High Street estate agents, we understand the complexities of managing or selling properties that are already let to tenants or Houses of Multiple Occupancy and we understand the compliance and regulation issues around them. This puts us in the perfect position to help you achieve the maximum rental income or price for your investment. We are unique in the market place, and always on hand to help and advise.
